TODD ARCARI
Owner Todd Arcari has over 20 years of Chicago Mobile DJ experience. Since the age of sixteen, the Chicago native has lived for the weekends spinning records at parties. Starting back in high school, Todd honed his skills by working all kinds of parties and events and even dabbled a little in acting and modeling. Around 1992, Todd started to concentrate on building up Dancetrax and his Chicago Mobile DJ business and perfecting his skills as a Mobile DJ. Todd’s specialty is Weddings. "I love doing weddings!!! It’s the biggest rush to see the Bride & Groom dancing and having the time of their lives with all of their guests". Todd wanted to take Mobile DJ business one step further and develop a new style that was different from what everybody else was doing. Wanting to incorporate a theatrical presentation, Todd designed a lounge style Mobile DJ set-up. This consisted of a black façade that wrapped around all of the equipment which created a very elegant and unique look for a wedding or private party. "People love the way this set-up looks. Clients say that it’s very elegant and it does not clash with what they are trying to achieve as far as an overall look goes for their event". Todd continues to improve his skills and challenge himself as a Chicago Mobile DJ and he is always looking for ways to "out do" the party before.
Lately, Todd’s experience has also allowed him to do more International Weddings. More & more newly engaged couples are coming to Dancetrax that are of two different nationalities and these couples are facing a major issue of satisfying (Musically) both sides of their family. Todd has consistently showed how his experience can make these very unique Weddings a special and unforgettable event for both sides of the family with Great Song Choices and a Professional and Fresh Approach not seen in most DJs.
